Nicki Minaj took to Twitter this morning to speak out against Giuseppe Zanotti for use of her name and "disrespect."

In a series of tweets, Minaj lashed out at the Italian shoe designer for naming several sneakers after her but then refusing to take her calls to discuss a capsule collection (despite the fact that he just collaborated with Jennifer Lopez).

The rapper wrote on Twitter, "I met #GiuseppeZanotti years ago. At which time, he told me I inspired him to design a sneaker in my honor. Wore them on the cover of Cosmo...Recently when he gave other artists capsule collections, my agency reached out and was told they're not taking our call."

She then went on to tweet #RunMeMyCheck and #GiuseppeWhatsGood (looks like you've been replaced, Miley) before asking her fans to get the hashtags trending, writing, "he gon learn today. The racism & disrespect won't b tolerated."

Minaj then added, she didn't care about the money and suggested the shoe designer donate money to a charity in her name:

Within minutes, #GiuseppeWhatsGood was trending worldwide on Twitter and fans began commenting "Run Nicki her check" and "#GiuseppeWhatsGood" on the brand's Instagram.

In the past, Minaj has been an avid fan of the shoe brand, name-dropping it in verses for songs like "Monster" ("Monster Giuseppe heel that's the monster shoe.") and "Pound The Alarm" in which she references the styles named after her rapping, "Giuseppe Zanotti, my own sneaker."

We've reached out to Giuseppe Zanotti for a comment but haven't heard back yet. We will update this space if the brand releases a statement.
